Data Deletion Instructions

Last updated: June 6, 2026

This page explains how to delete the data Cadence stores about you, including data obtained from Facebook.

Delete a Facebook Page connection

When you connect a Facebook Page, Cadence stores that Page's ID, name, category, and an encrypted access token used to publish on your behalf, within your workspace. To delete it:

  • Sign in to Cadence.
  • Open Connections.
  • Find the connected Facebook Page and choose Disconnect.

This permanently deletes the Page connection and its encrypted access token from your workspace. If the same Page is connected in more than one workspace, disconnect it in each workspace.

Delete your entire account

To delete your Cadence account and all associated personal data, email privacy@ecadence.ai from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify the request and delete your account, workspaces you solely own, connected Page tokens, brand profiles, posts, and uploaded images.

What we delete and when

Disconnecting a Page deletes the stored connection and token immediately. Account deletion requests are completed within 30 days. Some records may be retained only where required by law, after which they are deleted.

Facebook data

Cadence does not store your Facebook profile. The only Facebook data we hold is the Page connection described above, which is removed when you disconnect the Page or delete your account.
